On Monday, the Court will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Court will hold a private conference to consider pending cases. Any petitions granted or other dispositions should be noted on Friday’s weekly order list.

The next oral arguments are scheduled for February 5th.
