There are no private conferences or oral arguments scheduled this week. The Court is scheduled to release its regular order list on Friday.
But it’s too early to say this will be a quiet week because tomorrow is primary election day here in Texas. If there is time-sensitive news, I will post it to the blog as soon as I am able.

The Court has no scheduled private conferences or argument sittings this week. The next round of oral arguments is set to begin on April 1st.
On the blog this week, I will have an article about the Court’s treatment of motions for rehearing (and what clues that might give to lawyers handling similar cases), and I will also catch up on some orders issued late last week — too late to be included on the Court’s own weekly event report last Friday.

Live video of the arguments is available through St. Mary’s School of Law. That site also hosts Osler McCarthy’s issue summaries for each upcoming argument, as they are made available.
